Service Update: New Landscape Maintenance Contractor
Dear Mayberry Residents,
We would like to provide an update regarding landscape maintenance services within the community.
EarthX has terminated its landscape maintenance contract with the Mayberry Metro District. As a result, a new landscape installation and maintenance provider has contracted Environmental Designs to support the community's landscaping needs.
Environmental Designs will begin work immediately, and residents may start to see team members on-site over the next week as they become familiar with the property, assess existing conditions, and begin maintenance activities.
The new provider's regular service day will be Fridays. Due to the Labor Day holiday schedule, the first maintenance service is expected to occur on Saturday, September 12, after which regular Friday service will begin on September 18.
We appreciate your patience during this transition and look forward to working with Environmental Designs to maintain and enhance the community's landscaping.
