Notice: Quarterly Assessment Fees
Dear Mayberry Residents,
We would like to inform you that due to mailing issues, the District was recently notified that many residents did not receive their July quarterly assessment notice until very close to, or after, the assessment due date. In some cases, residents received their late notice at the same time as, or before, receiving the original assessment notice.
In recognition of this situation, the Board of Directors has approved waiving all late fees that were assessed for the July quarterly assessment.
Please note that this waiver is temporary. If payment for the July quarterly assessment is not received by August 1, any waived late fees associated with this quarter's assessment will be re-applied to the account.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage any homeowner with questions regarding their account balance or payment status to contact management.
