Mayberry Landscape & Maintenance Update
Good morning Mayberry Residents,
Over the past several weeks, EarthX has been actively working throughout the Mayberry community on landscape and irrigation improvements. Key accomplishments include:
- Completion of a comprehensive irrigation system audit, including repairs to broken heads and leaking valves, along with controller inspections and system adjustments.
- Lawn renovation work at Garden Park, including dethatching, top dressing, slit seeding, broadcast seeding, and fertilization to improve turf health.
- Initial maintenance and weed treatment within the new berm area to improve landscape appearance and control weed growth.
- Continued weed management efforts throughout the community, including targeted spraying and hand-pulling in high-priority areas.
- Replacement of more than 20 trees and multiple landscape plantings that were covered under warranty. Additional replacement needs are being evaluated for future Board consideration.
While significant progress has been made, the Mayberry Metropolitan District recognizes that some landscape and irrigation concerns may still remain. The District is currently working with Mayberry Communities to gather information regarding any unresolved issues throughout the neighborhood. This information will be compiled and shared with EarthX so that the District can obtain updates, identify outstanding concerns, and seek resolution on remaining items.
