Mayberry Board Meeting Schedule Updates
Mayberry Community Members,
In the past, District Board meetings have been held on a monthly basis. These meetings have provided an opportunity for the Developer to share community updates and for homeowners and community members to raise concerns, offer suggestions, and ask questions, including matters that may or may not be directly related to District business.
After discussion with District members, CLA, and members of the community, the Board has decided to move to a quarterly meeting schedule. This change will allow CLA and the District to better focus on important responsibilities, including preparation for the 2027 budget and other ongoing District matters.
The Board also wants to emphasize that District meetings are not intended to be the only way for homeowners to receive information or bring concerns to either the Developer or the District’s attention. We are working to provide improved communication channels so community members can ask questions, share concerns, and receive information in a more timely manner rather than waiting for the next scheduled Board meeting.
Additional details regarding the available communication methods will be shared with the community, including where to submit questions, concerns, and requests. We appreciate the community’s continued engagement and look forward to maintaining open, timely, and productive communication between meetings.
As a result of the decisions noted above, the Metro District Meeting that was originally scheduled for August 25th has been cancelled. Information related to the next board meeting will be announced soon. In the meantime, questions can be sent to:
